FAQs

What you ask us most before buying a padel racket.

Which padel racket should I choose as a beginner?

Look for a round racket with low balance and a soft core (soft EVA or foam), weighing between 345 and 360 grams. They are easier to control, forgive off-centre hits and protect your elbow while you improve your technique.

What is the difference between a diamond, round and teardrop racket?

The shape changes where the sweet spot is and the balance. The diamond concentrates weight at the top and gives more power; the round lowers it and gives more control; the teardrop sits in between and is the most versatile.

Soft or hard core?

A soft core gives more ball output and absorbs vibrations, ideal for beginner or intermediate level and cold weather. A hard core offers more control and precision on powerful shots, but demands more technique and strength.

What do 3K, 12K or 18K mean on carbon faces?

They indicate how many thousand filaments each carbon fibre weave has. The higher the K, the stiffer and more precise the face usually is; with fewer K it is usually a little more flexible with better ball output.

How much should my padel racket weigh?

Most adult rackets weigh between 345 and 375 grams. Lighter ones are easier to handle and protect your arm; heavier ones give more power and stability. If you have elbow problems, prioritise a light racket.

How often should you change your racket?

It depends on how much you play. With two or three matches a week, the core loses its properties in about a year. If you notice the racket has lost output or response, it is time to change it.

What Makes a Padel Racket the Best Choice for You?
When choosing the right padel racket, variety is your best friend. With leading brands such as Bullpadel, Babolat, Siux and Adidas, you have access to many models that share key features such as shape, materials and technology. Within this range of options you'll find the racket that perfectly suits your playing style and skill level.
Categories to Suit Your Needs
Let's talk about categories, because not all rackets are the same. Starting with playing style, you can work out whether you need a racket that boosts your attack or one that gives you more control in defence. The choice is yours, and the rackets are designed to adapt to your preferences and needs.
Diamond, Round or Teardrop: Your Personal Choice
Next comes shape, which is key to your experience on court. Whether you prefer a diamond racket that gives you power, a round one that offers control and comfort, or a versatile teardrop that combines both qualities, we have the perfect racket for you.
Experience Level: Beginner, Intermediate or Professional
Experience level is a deciding factor, and our rackets are divided into beginner, intermediate and professional categories. This affects not only the price but also the materials and technology used to build each racket, ensuring optimal performance for your skill level.
Quality Materials for Optimal Performance
Materials are the key to a padel racket's quality. Carbon, fibreglass, graphite and EVA rubber are expertly combined to create a racket that suits your playing style and gives you durability and strength. In our shop we only work with the best brands that guarantee quality in every racket.
Your Ideal Weight: Light or Heavy
Choosing the weight is personal and essential for your comfort on court. Lighter rackets offer manoeuvrability and easy movement, while heavier ones add power to your shots. Your playing style and physical preferences will be key to finding the perfect balance.
Differences Between Men's and Women's Rackets
Finally, the differences between men's and women's rackets lie mainly in the weight, but these variations are subtle and let you choose the one that best suits your game, the type of court and your match conditions. Leading brands such as Adidas and Bullpadel offer exceptional lightweight models designed for optimal performance on court.
In short, we know that choosing a padel racket is not easy, but we're here to help you find the perfect racket to take your game to the highest level. Don't wait any longer and choose your ideal playing partner!
